Ashwin Anand is an associate attorney at Raj Abhyanker PC. His practice focuses on transactional and litigation matters related to various aspects of patent, trademark, and copyright law. His technical areas of interest include semiconductor packaging, radio-frequency integrated devices, fuel cell technologies, and software applications for mobile devices.

Ashwin holds a Juris Doctorate (JD), with distinction, from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law where he specialized in intellectual property law. While in law school, Ashwin was the Associate Managing Editor of the Pacific McGeorge Global Business & Development Law Journal and a member of the Roger J. Traynor Honor Society and Dean's Honor List. In 2006, he received a Certificate in International Law from the University of Salzburg in Austria, where he studied under the Honorable Anthony M. Kennedy, Associate Justice of the United States Supreme Court. Ashwin also holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of California, Irvine where he was Historian of the Phi Kappa Psi Fraternity and a researcher for the National Fuel Cell Research Center.
