Eliza is an European lawyer in the firm's Bangalore office focusing on Trademark prosecution and dispute management for European companies protecting marks in India, China, and the United States.
Prior to joining Raj Abhyanker PC, Eliza worked with clients across Europe and Africa including those from Poland, Germany, Italy, Austria, Slovenia and Morocco. She served as a Junior Lawyer at Braun Paschke Kancelaria Adwokacka Sp.p. and worked at Smoktunowicz & Falandysz Firma Prawnicza Sp.k in Warsaw, Poland.
Eliza holds a Masters in Law degree with sub-specialization in Civil, Corporate, Labor and Property Law. Since 2004, she has been an active member with Fundacja Academia Iuris, a Legal Aid foundation in Poland. Eliza is currently a Post Graduate Diploma candidate in Intellectual Property Law from The National Law School of India in Bangalore.
