Mr. Lin is a Partner at Raj Abhyanker PC's Beijing operations. Mr. Lin is a registered PRC patent attorney, and a member of All-China Patent Agents Association. Mr. Lin’s patent expertise covers Computer Science, Telecommunication, Electric Engineering, Micro-Electronics and Semiconductors.

Mr. Lin practiced in NTD Patent &Trademark Agency LTD for over 6 years. Before his practice, Mr. Lin had worked in CCTV as a network engineer for 3 years and as a senior engineer for telecommunication device in Beijing Institute of ZTE Corporation for 3 years. During NTD Patent & Trademark Agency LTD, Mr. Lin had drafted more than one hundred patent applications on behalf of various companies, such as Philips, China Union, SK telecommunication, etc. Further, Mr. Lin also handled hundreds of foreign patent applications such as filing the application document, forwarding and responding the Office Action, etc.

Mr. Lin obtained the bachelor’s and master’s degrees of Communication and Information System in Peking University. He is proficient in Chinese (native) and English.
