Rajesh Vellakkat is an Of Counsel of Raj Abhyanker PC, focusing on
India corporate formation, contracts, India litigation, mergers &
acquisitions, and technology transactions. He is founder of White
Forest Law Offices, and was one of the founding partners of the
intellectual property practice firm Lex Orbis in New Delhi. He advises
clients on business law, intellectual property rights, and technology
law. He is an external consultant to more than a dozen leading IT
companies located in India, the US and the UK. Rajesh's practice focuses
on assisting the set up of subsidiary companies in India for US and UK
based companies - advising them on the legal aspects of doing business,
IPRs and related IT laws. He has more than 14 years of experience in the
legal profession.

Rajesh has a Master's degree in Business Law from The National Law
School of India University, the top rated law school in India. Rajesh is
also a member of the Indian Patent Bar. He is a regular speaker in
various conferences on law, business and technology.
