Vandana is a registered U.S. patent attorney focusing on U.S. patent preparation, prosecution, licensing and due diligence litigation support.

Prior to joining Raj Abhyanker PC, Vandana worked at the prestigious Washington, D.C. offices of Finnegan, Henderson, Farabow, Garrett & Dunner, PC where she gained expertise in patent, trademark, copyright, and corporate matters. Most recently, she has worked with the Habeas Corpus Resource Center in San Francisco, focusing on capital defense cases.

Vandana holds a Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from the University of California, Davis School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering from Yale University.

Vandana is a member of the state bar of California, and the United States Patent Bar.
